7. Terms & Conditions (CGV)

The following terms and conditions govern all private ski coaching and concierge services provided by Romain Fabre in Val d'Isère.

7.1 Booking & Confirmation

A session is confirmed upon receipt of a written agreement and a deposit of [DEPOSIT %] of the total session price. Full payment is due [X days] before the session start date.

7.2 Client Delays

In the event of client delay, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. No refund or extension of time will be granted for the missed portion of the session.

7.3 Cancellation & Weather Policy

By the client: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.

Weather conditions: Adverse weather conditions (e.g., snow, cold, poor visibility) are not a valid reason for cancellation or refund, provided the ski area remains safely accessible. In the event of a complete closure of the ski area or extreme weather conditions rendering skiing dangerous (at the instructor's discretion), a reschedule or refund will be offered.

By the instructor: In the event of cancellation by Romain Fabre (injury, illness, force majeure), any amounts paid will be fully refunded if a reschedule is not possible.

7.4 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices are provided upon individual request and may vary depending on season, duration, and group size.
